At Quintano Foods Ltd, we’re investing in growth. As one of Malta’s leading food importers and distributors, we’re expanding our capabilities and scaling up our operations. As such, we are looking for a Sales Manager – HORECA with the energy, ambition, and leadership to help us get there.

The Opportunity

You’ll lead a team of sales representatives, driving performance, customer relationships, and building great brands. This is a role that combines leadership with commercial drive and day-to-day interaction with key principals and customers. 

• Deliver sales growth, profitability and brand visibility across the ambient portfolio category in line with agreed operational strategies;
• Develop and execute the HORECA sales strategy;
• Identify new HORECA accounts;
• Build relationships with hotels, restaurants, caterers and hospitality groups;
• Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, promotions and listings;
• Work closely with Distribution to ensure availability of products and services;
• Set targets and KPIs for the HORECA Sales team and monitor performance;
• Analyse data, identify growth opportunities and devise and execute strategic plans that align with brand and business objectives;
• Work closely with the Marketing, Procurement, Credit Control and Distribution departments to ensure to maximise sales via an efficient workflow and improved customer service satisfaction.
